Spring-Summer 2026 Term Timetable
We’re delighted to be able to offer you 84 courses this coming term. We have two new additions to our curriculum:
- The Mindful Way to Wellbeing, a five-week course giving students an opportunity to learn about mindfulness and begin to develop a personal practice aimed at enhancing wellbeing. We’re running it at the rather lovely Jamyang Buddhist Centre in Lambeth.
- Eating Healthily to Look After Ourselves & Our Planet, which will focus on how to work towards a healthier lifestyle and diet whilst also exploring the impact our food and dietary choices have on the environment.
- Improvisation Level 1, guiding you through the fundamentals of Improv all the way to basic performance readiness.
- An Introduction to the basics of Illusionary Mime, teaching you the basics of classic mime.
- Writing for Self Expression, an opportunity for participants to learn about and experience the benefits of expressive writing in a small supportive group.
- Reading Round, an immersive dive into great writing from all corners of the world.

Eligibility
Please make sure that the eligibility option you choose reflects your current status. We have to check everyone’s eligibility each term; choosing an incorrect option can delay the processing of your enrolment.
Please also note that the eligibility criterion for our Comedy School courses has recently changed: only SLaM service users and SLaM carers can now take part, not staff, volunteers, peer supporters etc. Also, you will not be able to enrol on a Comedy School course if you have already taken part in it during a previous term.
How to Enrol
Please remember that you are limited to ten courses per term, but if you sign up to Introduction to SLaM Recovery College it will not be counted as one of the ten.
