We know that mental illness affects more than the individual. We also know that carers play a crucial part in helping their loved ones to recover or at least start on the road to recovery. But the carer experience can be lonely and alienating and many are poorly served by the statutory organisations.
This workshop looks at how carers can access help and build up their resilience. Topics covered include:
