Managing your physical health is important if you want to achieve and maintain good mental health and wellbeing.
This course of four workshops aims to support students to learn about managing such long-term physical health conditions as diabetes, obesity, asthma, and pulmonary and cardiovascular disease’ as well as looking at:
Students will develop knowledge and skills to use tools to manage their own health and wellbeing, and support others to manage their own.

- making health-related lifestyle changes
- improving nutritional intake
- exercising
- managing alcohol intake
- stopping smoking
Students will develop knowledge and skills to use tools to manage their own health and wellbeing, and support others to manage their own.
