Good chairing makes for a more productive meeting, but the role can be daunting! 

This half day workshop will help you to understand what being a chair means and  what can support you to be effective in the role.  There will be time to explore some of the challenges of chairing and to learn some tips.  

All welcome, regardless of whether you have chaired loads of meetings or you are new to or are contemplating the role.
