Ours to Own: Making Human Rights Work For You
One-day workshop
Human rights are for everyone and are there to protect the things that are important to all of us. But how can we use our human rights to make sure we are treated well and treat others with respect, equality, and dignity?
This course aims to help service users, carers, volunteers and staff to learn more about human rights and how put these into practice, especially in mental health. You will learn what is meant by the term 'human rights', their significance in the field of mental health, and how service users, carers, volunteers and staff can all use them.
