Overcoming Panic Disorder

Please note: It may be helpful to have attended the workshop ‘Understanding Panic Disorder’ first, although this is not a requirement.
A workshop aimed at furthering understanding of panic disorder, offering a supportive space to ask questions and learn from each other.
We will look at the different types and features of panic disorder, how individuals might begin to recover from, and manage, their panic attacks. Topics will include:

- Alternative ways of looking at panic attacks
- Experimenting with responding to panic attacks differently
- Maintaining progress and dealing with setbacks
- How families and friends can help
- Looking towards the future
