SLaM Recovery College Wellbeing Webinars for All Timetable (4th-8th May)

3/5/2020

Hello Students, Colleagues and Friends,

We understand how difficult a time this is for everybody, and particularly for people who experience long term health conditions.
As SLaM Recovery College is unable to offer any classroom-based workshops now, our team has been working behind the scenes to develop some online content, including vlogs, webinars and e-learning.

Every week we will email you the details of webinars we are offering in the following week.

These sessions are available to everyone, free of charge. You don’t need to be a SLaM Recovery College student or have any connection at all to South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust.

We just ask that you answer a few questions and let us know which sessions you’d like to be a part of, using one of the forms below, and we’ll then send you links to the webinars you’ve chosen.
Here are next week’s webinars:

Daily Mindfulness (you can attend as many or as few as you’d like):
Monday Mindfulness| 10:30am-11:15am | Monday 4th May

Ayurveda: the Ayurveda way to wellbeing | 2:30pm-3:15pm | Wednesday 6th May
In this session you will learn about the historical development of the Ayurveda way to wellbeing. You will understand what is meant by “holistic wellbeing” and will begin to focus on your own wellbeing priorities.

Mental Health First Aid Session 3 | 2:30pm-3:30pm | Tuesday 5th May
This third webinar will continue our study of different signs and symptoms of mental distress, focussing this time on bipolar disorder and psychosis.   We will also take some time to have a Q&A with any questions, concerns or comments on what we have discussed in our sessions so far.

N.B. Once you’ve got a link to a webinar you’ll able to use it again to watch a recording of the session after the live feed has ended.
